I recently discovered this lactose-free way to get your prebiotic on. It’s that company “SO Delicious” that makes all them dairy-free products. So if you need to get your kefir fix, and you aint got the stomach for the cow (which has 4 digestive compartments), then get this stuff. Slam some granola in it too if you want.
